Some projects start as a standard 20 ft or 40 ft ISO container that we modify with doors, windows, power, and climate control. Others are engineered from the ground up: expandable shelters, multi-temperature refrigeration, shielded rooms, battery enclosures, etc.
Every unit is made in America. ISO 9001:2015 certified and CSC certified for ocean and intermodal transport.

Custom Containers We’ve Built
A sample of recent builds. These show what the process produces, not the limit of it.
Expandable Field Kitchen
A fully electric commercial kitchen inside an expandable Tricon. It serves 500 meals three times a day, ships on a single pallet, and two people can set it up in about 30 minutes.
Refrigerated & Freezer Container
The only expandable refrigerated container, developed with the US Army and patented. Freezer in the center, refrigeration on the sides, one unit holding multiple temperature zones for food or medicine.
Expandable Tricon Shelters
Six and a half feet closed, 19 feet deployed, up to 200 square feet of working space from a container that ships on one pallet. We configure them as command centers, workshops, laundries, showers, and latrines.
Composite Shielded Shelters
Composite construction instead of steel cuts weight and lifecycle cost, shrugs off corrosion, and stays radar and X-ray transparent. Need secure communications? The EMI/RFI shielded option lets no signal in and none out.
Personnel Transport Shelter
A building in a box, built for LCAC hovercraft and rated to carry up to 180 people. It packs flat into a single shipping container. Four people assemble it in two hours.
Dive Support Locker
An airlocked 40 ft container with plumbing and a sink, engineered to keep dive gear clean, dry, and ready. Domestic made, top to bottom.
Office & Workspace Containers
Insulated, climate controlled, wired, and furnished as real working space with desks, cabinets, and lighting. They are modular, too. When one is not enough, connect several together.
Energy Storage & Battery Enclosures
High-payload enclosures and power control skids for battery energy storage systems, with electrical control inlets and battery management integration. We build the container, the skid, or both.
Medical Imaging Room
Composite radiation shielding panels act as a lead alternative for X-ray and PET/CT rooms, wrapped in a metal exterior.
Special Cargo Containers
